Beauty Shopmakes changing your mind easy with a hassle-free 7-day return & refund policy. That’s right, none of that store credit nonsense: we want you to be completely satisfied or your money cheerfully refunded.
Have an order you want to return? No problem, simply contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we’ll arrange for collection at no cost and process your full refund once we have received and inspected your items. Similarly for our international customers, we will arrange for free return shipping and process your full refund once we have received and inspected your items.
To successfully process your return and refund, please take note of the following:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and before shipping your returns, we will not accept any returns if we did not receive prior notification;
Items must have all Beauty Shop tags, labels and stickers still attached, and items must be returned with any packaging, dust bags and/or authenticity cards included in the original order;
Items must not be damaged, soiled or altered.
